I guess Elon is adept at hiring people and ensuring software and systems are not designed to go bad. Trusting individuals in software development is not a good idea. Trust but verify. Incentives, parallel systems, checks and balances. My plan for BP Oil International to hire 160 IQ 12 year old Made in China girls in 1986 to do science, research and development still looks like a good idea and more so in the modern world though their price must have gone up to more than the average Euroserf of comparable ability. My plan could probably be transferred to India, especially the north west where there's a gene pool of the right stuff. Maybe Vietnam that seems undervalued. Mqurice
