Yes, the US Equity Markets are an International Playground for those looking for higher returns. This has been this way for decades now and has grown proportionally.
Another consideration is underfunded pension obligations many US Municipalities will face if this market does not turn around. Many pensions are based on defined benefit agreements with their cities/states. Anything under a 8% annual return puts that in jeopardy. We are likely in the infancy of this decline. I believe we have much further to fall.

Trump is a disaster.
