That is an excellent observation.

I've been thinking that the equipment makers stood to benefitfrom the Chip Act.

Restricting what China and Asia can buy will take a negative effect on revenue unless the big datacenters and big software sellers/computer buyers i.e. ORCL MSFT step up.

It could be the US becomes the data centers for the world if we maintain our inexpensive energy.

I just heard a guy on Bloomberg say that there is over $7t in money market accounts.
