Hi, Got another 12 000 yesterday, bringing the total to 47 000 shares. Guess I will stop there, however. Let us hope that it was not a stupid move on our part to get involved into this company.

Golden Eagle Announces Syndicated Talk Show Appearances on "Invest
America"

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 1998--Golden Eagle International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MINE - news)
announced today that company president Terry C. Turner recently taped two appearances on the syndicated financial talk
show ''Invest America,'' hosted by Morton Downey, Jr.

These appearances come as a result of an agreement recently signed between Golden Eagle International, Inc. and Langley
Downey Entertainment, the producer of ''Invest America.''

Mr. Turner is scheduled to appear on two separate 30-minute segments of the program. The first segment, which began airing
on television February 21, 1998, features Mr. Turner discussing with investment newsletter editor Ken Coleman the gold
mining industry and the progress of Golden Eagle's Bolivian mining operations. In the second segment, set to begin airing March
21, 1998, Mr. Turner takes questions from best-selling investment author and publisher of the ''Ruff Times'' newsletter,
