Turner recently taped two appearances on the syndicated financial talk show ''Invest America,'' hosted by Morton Downey, Jr. These appearances come as a result of an agreement recently signed between Golden Eagle International, Inc. and Langley Downey Entertainment, the producer of ''Invest America.'' Mr. Turner is scheduled to appear on two separate 30-minute segments of the program.
