From my intro. Pretty close. 2/9->4/7 (Might not be over though. R2K was down 30%. NDX was down 25%.)

3) The “panic phases” of all 12 crashes Puetz studied were entirely encompassed within one of the following periods:
a) February 4-April 5
b) September 3- October 29

There was a Lunar Eclipse on 3/14 and a Solar Eclipse on 3/29:

Since we rallied, and made a secondary high, into three trading days before or two trading days after the first Full Moon after a Lunar Eclipse (3/14). Next couple of weeks are open for a Plunge.
