Consider that your tests might simply not be the same as everyone else's. I do realize and consider this. But there exists some set of fundamental criteria which every elected leaders should meet, particularly at the highest levels of government. For me the most important are character, forthrightness and intelligence. Neither Biden nor Harris displayed any of these characteristics. Trump exhibits all. But, sure. YMMV. We won't resolve this difference.
