Bonefish, Got to have enough recovery time before the midterms. It's a monumental task he's undertaken. Right, but you used the "aircraft carrier" analogy. Turning an aircraft carrier requires a lot of steps handled by a lot of crewmen. Can't do it when the captain himself can't make up his fukkin' mind about which way he wants the carrier to point. Leadership involves more than just hoarding authority and giving yourself the leeway to wreck things without personal consequence. It also involves convincing the public that you are turning the ship toward the right direction. That's why what you said was pure bullshit, because all you're doing is making excuses for Trump's current failures.
