If you win it depending on how much the settlement is. I don't know how much insurance they carry. They should also sue Ontario Securities Commission for their lousy rule about disclosing 30 days after the fact about insider trading. The OSC has money to pay if you win.
Also if you win in the states then I for one will be following up here in Canada.

Congradulations on the suit. Win or lose I sure hope it sends a signal to these executives of Canada companies who think they can hood wink the poor innocent investors. Maybe the OSC will also wake up to their lousy reporting rule.
