Good evening Frank. Yes, Merck is looking good. Along with all the things in their pipeline this new Asthma drug is projected to generate 1/2 bill. in sales. There is only one big problem again. Glaxo once again has cancelled a merger, or I guess both Glx and Smith Kline have cancelled the deal. I think Smith Kline said it was not in their cos. interest. I heard they could not agree on who would be running the company. This is a very strange situation. The stock of Glaxo keeps running up on merger talk, then it is being cancelled and the stocks drops like a stone. Then we go on to another merger talk and same thing happens. What makes me wonder is which shareholders of Glaxo benefit the most from all this. I would think if the little guy who goes in after the merger talk is announced could be hurting the most. I am glad I did not go into Glaxo either time. So, let's hope this cancelled merger talk is not going to weigh badly on the drug stocks tomorrow. At least CPQ participated in the up move in our techs today. Sonny

That article said it stronger than I wanted to. gg. Merger talk in bad faith. Right, 2 merger talks broken off. I would think from now on it is: BUYER BEWARE. Hm. And here is another article. Someone was reading my split talk on Merck again. gg. How are you, Mr. Frank...thanks for the email 'minder...the order should be in your p.o. box nlt this wednesday..sorry for thinking that I had done it two weeks ago...sorry for me, i.e. BTW, I had no problem "hitting" your website. I see you also like Yanni. He had a PBS special last year. I hope you had a chance to watch it. I had moist eyes on that part where his folks had to sacrifice so much just so he can have a piano... BTW2...MRK along with DIS was mentioned on NBR last week as a possible split...and the news goes on... Yup, just like you said, this "BULL" keeps on charging... see ya...//dom
