Hello, Mark. Investing in DBCO is really an education to me. If nothing else, it taught me the importance of a honest and competent management for any company to be invested in.

Hopefully, we, as DBCO shareholders, are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. However, given the viciousness of the DBCO management, there is always a chance that they come up with other dirty tricks to block and/or delay the deal. So, we can never feel totally assured until they are completely out of the door.

Regards,
Baoho

Hello again, Mark. More thoughts on the possible purchase price. I will be ecstatic to get $3 for my DBCO shares. In most of the takeover cases that I saw, the acquiring company would disclose the price first. However, ECGOF has not so far disclosed its offering price. Does it mean that a final price is still being negotiated? Is it a standard practice?

The market has been showing doubt about the takeover by keeping DBCO below $2 most of the time, and so far it has been right. So, the market reaction tomorrow will be very important, in my opinion. If the DBCO price is still hovering below $2 tomorrow, I think that we will still have a long way to go.

Regards,
Baoho
