The good news, if there is any in this non-dilutive cash infusion, is that unlike IMMU, almost a majority of the shares are in the hands of one person. It is in his best interest to see the share price rise and unlike retail investors, he can have patience, as he has more vision of what is coming than we do. I suspect that at some point he will begin to sell some of his shares, but not at these levels, IMO.
