I believe I have Market depth for VSE through PC Quote. It identifies the market by price depth but not the depth by broker ID.I get both bid and ask depth to 5 levels including the number of orders. They also have time and sales, with dynamic updates as they happen.I get them for TSE also. They have not offered it for ASE or Mse because of a lack of demand from their clients but I believe it is available.

Actually, the TSE and ME only provide Market by Order to brokerage firms. I hear that Alberta may offer it but I can't confirm that. The best you'll get for the Canadian markets is Market Depth showing just the top 5 bids and offers. I use PC Quote and they give me TSE and VSE Market Depth that updates automatically. I find it very useful.
