No. This is the guy that some government stool pigeon claimed was part of MS-13.

No tattoos, no identifying marks, no evidence whatsoever.

ICE knew this, too, which is why they rushed his deportation, hoping that they could send him away before the courts could order them to stop.

Again, that due process thingy ...
