I think the worst positioned chips companies are those that sell their chips to China for assembly into a device which is then exported to the USA.

Hard to tell which semis fall mostly into this group.

The fabless guys are OK selling chips into China because they aren't coming from the USA, but where the final product gets exported to is the question. USA = no good, those shipments are likely going to fall by 80% or more.

A US semi company that makes chips in the US, ships them to China for assembly into a device, and then ships that device to the USA, damn, that company is in trouble.
