The terms of the financing allow them to sell the stock for 50%+
premium to where it closed today.. assuming that once it should move up it will stay up.. perhaps there was a reason to negotiate that into the terms of the deal? Or did the buyers try to protect their
interest in case the price should move up, it won't make any difference to them if the price goes down, other than they won't make
much.
