Canceling contracts, shutting down departments and firing subcontractors and federal employees is NOT FRAUD & WASTE.
What's FRAUD & WASTE is giving multi-billion contracts instead to first buddy F.elon who's doing the firing. That's FRAUD & ABUSE. And only MAGAt dumbass morons can not see that.
