Judy,
I think the split trade on something so powerful as Dell is worth the risk. It's psychological, people buy at the lower number. Dell is going to slide someday but not someday soon. I'd only suggest this to a trader like you.
I'd buy MRK on weakness. The rumor mill on this thread is that they will split.
I can't remember. When the merger between AHP and Smith-Kline was off, did the sector react poorly? I wonder if AHP will go up on expectation of them jumping on the merger again. Will be interesting to see.

Hi Judy,
I was just told the last time MRK split it went up like a rocket afterwards. At that time the chart didn't look that good before hand. Now, the chart looks great. Hope we see the same action. All the indicators are there.
