I'm waiting for the day that the technology will allow us to call the driver in front of us going 45 MPH on the highway. If the license number was the primary driver's cell number, it would save a step or two. Today one can process the license number for a name and address and then process it again to finally come up with a land line number. I don't know of a service that provides cell numbers. Does anyone out there? It could prove both positive and negative to trends in road rage. Some would take it off the road, but unfortunately in some cases, it would only serve to escalate the rage. Of course the system would need to be voice controlled.
