His policies were at a time of great financial upheaval left for him to figure out. Most Americans choose to place blame on the wrong person, place or thing and purely out of ignorance. Not saying that is you but the man was left an untenable position, imo.

The 41% approval rating he may have is due to 39% Ignorance and 2% arrogant wealth.
