[ Scan Requirements ] A) If "net tangible assets" or BV is =/> $2MM then proceed to D, if not: B) If "net income" =/> $500k current F/Y or 2 of last 3 then proceed to D, if not: C) Market Cap must =/> $35MM then proceed to D, if not EXCLUDE. D) If "public float =/> 1MM shares then proceed to E,if <1MM but >500K proceed to F, if <500K then EXCLUDE E) If "minimum bid" is =/> $1 for 10 consecutive trading days then proceed to G, otherwise place on "GRACE" period list or EXCLUDE. F) If "minimum bid" is =/> $2 for 10 consecutive trading days then proceed to G, otherwise place on "GRACE" period list or EXCLUDE. G) MM's =/> 2 then add to "RAY SCAN", otherwise place on "GRACE" period list or EXCLUDE Ray....this is how I see it...I don't know if your scan can accommodate all these requirements but I hope so.
