ron, i believe riley has stated that he does not publish a shareholders' newsletter. he stated that he participates in a shareholders' 'e-mail thread' in which news and ideas are exchanged. this is no different from any other exchange of e-mails or a chat group among private citizens. as a certified shareholder, i participate in this exchange. i can assure you, and would testify in court, that it is in no way a 'newsletter'. can you say the same for your newsletter. regards, ad ps. do you happen to have a long knitting needle.
