OK, Ron, let's say they didn't know about the Tiger/HAS deal. They just went from trading zero shares of RADAF in November to being the 6th most active MM in December and 4th in January. Let's call it a "coincidence" then, that this started just as the Tiger deal was being signed.

I just don't want another "coincidence" to occur, if you get my drift.

BTW, I do not believe that MM's "manipulate" stock prices, as many on SI believe. They are too busy trying to make money for themselves and their clients. I also don't think it is FAHN itself shorting the stock, rather a customer(s) of theirs. As to "jailable offenses", since RADAF is not part of the HAS/Tiger deal, there is no chance that shorting RADAF would be called insider trading, even if it did occur. Almost the perfect crime, if it had worked. ;-)

Ron,

"Jailable" offenses occur with regularity on Wall St. It's only the careless that get caught. As for FAHN, they are a notorious short seller and have the largest short position in this stock. It only stands to reason that they are here to continue shorting.
