"Not my job" = old as the hills. Slavery and people working for no reward are always popular with greedy slave drivers. But it's great when teamwork works and everything is my job. Best of all is when everything is my job and I don't need payment. Choosing what to do is the main problem. If young people feel the need to say not my job man, they have been expected to do voluntary communist style work for the greater good and they're sick of it. Or they're lazy bastards who expect other people to work for them and they haven't got to that position yet. Mqurice
