What I was trying to suggest is Supply Side Economics does not work anymore. One is merely growing the Economy on borrowed funds.
What you're describing sounds much more like MMT, or what I like to call Make Money grow on Trees.

That isn't related to supply-side economics at all. In fact, one could argue that MMT is diametrically opposed to it.
