if one of the 677 district court judges was a republican and issued a court order barring Joe Biden from pardoning his son Biden, what would happen?

Just looking within the Constitution president's can pardon anyone convicted of a federal crime, alleged, convicted or not.

Federal judges cannot usurp president's in this area of the law

Period

Rule of Law

Have you ever read the U.S. Constitution?

Bill, if a judge decided one day to rule that up is down, and the Supreme Court decided not to rule on it, but rather send it back to the district court, would we be right to ignore it?

Uh oh Bill ...

Seems like Amy Coney Barrett doesn't share your view that the president, under certain circumstances, would be justified in ignoring any court decision.

But what do I know? You seem to think that words don't have meaning, and the law can mean whatever those currently in power say it means.
