If you enter the country without permission or authorization you get sent home without any due process. Nope You have to appear before a Federal Judge. Only they can rule. Period

Joachim, If you enter the country without permission or authorization you get sent home without any due process. I hope one of these days, YOU get deported without any due process. All the authorities have to do is claim that you were unable to produce any documentation proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are a legal citizen. This while they move you around from one location to another while your friends and family try desperately to show papers. Then by the time they do, the authorities will smile at them and say, "Oops, too bad! Joachim is already beyond our borders! We're sending him to a country where we have no power whatsoever to bring him back!" Do you see the point of "due process" now? Tenchusatsu
