I know this space very well, Delphin project has a lot of challenges (as does FLNG) and head winds in front of it but could 'possibly' get done. The only company that i would even consider in this space would be Excellerate. Well run shipping company that holds a good % of the world's FSRUs, well managed, makes money - has very solid long term contracts in the EU and South America, always a takeover target when gets sub $20 BUT currently kind of expensive.
