Joe

Again I have checked your comments.

The release you speak of was apparently issued without the knowledge or consent of Mr Shaw. It was one of the many issues that sparked his concern with the management.

MIS looked up the documents for me and confirmed the Wheel to Wheel name and system were purchased from someone other than Copley. Copley has never produced any document to prove he ever owned anything.MIS even did a history search on Wheel to Wheel. Copleys name never appears. He showed up to demand payment months later after Masters took over. Apparently at the behest of the ex officer who was forced out in disgrace. Remember they are best buddies and I understand the ex officer has tried to interfere and harm the company since leaving.

As far as saying why previous management left I can only assume Masters was being polite by saying they left to pursue another company.

Again I question your motives. Ex shareholders never ever under any cicumstance post like you do, they get on with their lives escpecially when new management and new companies are formed. You have attacked the one person (Shaw) who saved MIS from the scoundrals who bled it dry and moved to another company to begin the process all over again. You also have information only insiders would have. I also talked with the ex management at thier new company they have not concurred your statements. They could be sued and potentialy criminally charged if they did. So I do not see how they could be telling us two stories. MIS has been slandered on the Internet for months by people who are always proven wrong they should give up it isnt working.

I have talked with the company , ex and current shareholders and they all agree with me that the current management with Shaw as a director but not actively involved is the best thing that happened to MIS.

MIS also told me that they are no longer going to allow the ex management of MIS to interfere in the company. I understand suspect posts like yours are commonplace on the internet with rumor and inuendo that has always been proven false.

Joe if you are an ex shareholder please leave MIS alone your posts serve no useful purpose other than to spread false rumors that something is wrong with MIS. If you are as some of us suspect ex management "get a life"

Nothing personal.

Brett
