Rationalization. It's not about a individual. It's about the rule of law and how that is decided under the US constitution. The judicial interprets, the executive carries out it's rulings. Any other way is not a constitutional republic.

They want to declare a nAtIoNaL eMeRgEnCy. They want to give the Orange POTUS powers that are reserved for wartime. They want to deny due process and suspend habeas corpus to anyone they THINK should be classified as an "illegal alien," because to them, they're no different than "enemy combatants."
