Diamond- Mot just released its CDMA phone. It pays royalties to Qcom for the use of IS95 which it licenses to make its own asics. It is not a new CDMA or a non-QCOM system. It pays royalties.

Motorola released their CDMA MicroTac phones a year ago.

What new CDMA phones did they just release? StarTac?
