Intriguing! Not that it makes all that much difference, but by "next door" would you be saying in Milpitas CA or is there a likely venue for the headquarters actually in close physical proximity next to C-Cube headquarters. Do they want to work closely together or just have access to a trained work force possibly pulling away some of C-Cube's? The HP management system and workstation connection seems like a happy coincidence. At best it suggests C-Cube and Lucent were on good terms. Joe
