My feeling is storms formed in Southern Caribbean near Colombia and Venezuela and the quickLy generated always simmering Gulf of Mexico / America will the bigger hazards going forward. and with less lead time than the traditional Western Africa birthplace storms .Dust storms my play into a factor.
