Yeah, I don't know. There are details that need to be revealed. OTOH, he could incentivize normal people to have kids through tax law. That is my preferred method for having workers. So rather than deport them he's going to pay them to become legal immigrants? I recently crossed an income threshold, due to a new job. The government really gets aggressive on taxes at every new level. Tax is theft.
