To all: I noticed a brief break above $1.80 resistance level today and a big bid of 10000 shares at $1.70. There could be something brewing here. Is there? It will still be awhile before year end results are announced. This stock may be underperforming because of its share structure. There are only 3 M shares and anyone who wanted a sizable position would have to accumulate very slowly or would need to launch a takeover (I am not hinting of the latter occurring).
