Frank,.. There actually was a good news article from the peace river gazette..? and it basically stated that the diamond exploration in the Peace River area would possibly eclipse 100 million in 1998!! Also that Ashton's budget would be around 30 million of that. There was comparison's of the significance of the Alberta diamond play,....and was stated the economic benefits this would bring to Alberta. But inferred that very few people are yet understanding this. Most of the comments were by Mr. Dufrense"(Diamonds in Alberta)." A bullish article dated 17th of Feb. I believe. Cheers All! Mackle.
