Joe, Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to answer some questions by your shareholders. As to the handling of the buyback, just do what is best and explain what you did (and why) to us later. (G) I would think that if we still have significant sellers out there, that it does not make sense to reward the sellers with higher profits by supporting a higher price using corporate $$. Let the sellers get what they can for their shares allow some of us to add to our positions or some new investors to get in at attractive levels is my opinion. Take care, James

Joe, I am concerned that you have chosen to rebut Bill France's whining before answering some serious questions raised by some of the posters here. You have addressed the buyback in good fashion but what about the ones raised by some of the others concerning lack of revenue from operations, the future of some of the obviously underperfoming divisions(PEL) ....(I won't relist them as they are covered in good detail on the original posts). Thanks for your time not only here but the time you invest in running OUR company. It is most appreciated. Ernie
