Nice people, and I'm sure very fine pizza.

I can walk to Frank Pepe's from my house. Not the original one in New Haven, one of their other locations. A lot of people say the pizza at their other locations doesn't quite measure up to the original location. There are a couple of theories. One is the ovens at the original location have built up a coating that a new oven can't replicate. Another theory is water from the Branford reservoir that feeds New Haven is the reason, which explains why pizza dough and bakery items around New Haven are so delicious. I like the reservoir theory, there is something in that water...

Great story, is business up 6 times, or is it up 600% ? Just being picky ;)

Would love a slice of their pizza, hopefully they made the right move to come to Canada.
