Had no idea the snow had all melted in Edmonton, but it is middle of April so guessing that's normal? Sad that people like starting fires although sometimes it's accidental :( sucks that fire fighters couldn't save those structures.

The bush here still has tons of snow especially north. Freshet started a couple weeks ago or so and if we get a week of rain there could be flooding, especially if ice jams up the river mouths which sometimes happens.

Hydroelectric power reservoirs should easily fill and probably will need to spill. Hopefully next week I'll get to hike in to see some nice waterfalls.
