In essence, yes to all questions.<g> However, it would behoove you to read this thread (preferably in its entirety) to gain a better perspective of what you are/will be getting into. When financials are released (no time frame given), we all will have a better understanding where we stand. I'm more than willing to help answer questions, but, there are many other posters here more knowledgeable than me! ;-)
