Reports Q1 (Mar) earnings of $1.23 per share, $0.16 better than the FactSet Consensus of $1.07; revenues rose 11.1% year/year to $4.07 bln vs the $3.91 bln FactSet Consensus.Earnings per share of $1.28 included a 5-cent benefit that was not in the company's original guidance.Co added, "Revenue increased 11% from the same quarter a year ago and increased 2% sequentially. All of our markets grew sequentially with the exception of a seasonal decline in personal electronics."Co issues guidance for Q2, sees EPS of $1.21-1.47 vs. $1.21 FactSet Consensus; sees Q2 revs of $4.17-4.53 bln vs. $4.1 bln FactSet Consensus.
