The guy who did the report for Street.com is a pi** poor reporter. Did anyone else notice that he didn't even check it out enough to get his numbers straight on the increase since friday. Reminds me of some of our posters. It sure doesn't speak well of the reliability or competence of Kramer and his rag.

Here is my official response to the article from Mr. Wirtz in thestreet.com:

I am very upset right now at myself for saying anything negative whatsoever about this stock. It was the only thing in the entire conversation about the stock that I said negatively. I'm not going to sit here and try to guess his agenda, because I guess I'm supposed to be some responsible leader for being mentionned in the stock. I guess negative news is more interesting than news, but I'm sure that Zulu-tek will have something to say about this. They'll probably put out a news release regarding the state of the company tomorrow. I implore that they do.

Mr. Wirtz, if you are reading this, I will be making a call tomorrow to both you and Mr. Burgess about your comments. I am upset at the context of which you took my words, but I'm not concerned about that. I'm concerned that you have just unraveled four long months of my hard work and DD that I've given this stock. And because you wanted to make news, decided to destroy this stock and only stopping short by not labeling it as a scam.

I just want everyone that is coming here to do DD on this stock, let me assure you that Mr. Wirtz has only done DD on this stock for less than a day, and without doing background checks on Mr. Meatchum, Charlie Rose, the history of NETZ, Tom Burgess and the fact that they own Softbank Interactive Marketing. He didn't mention my comments about that, did he? No, because the story wouldn't have been showing both sides of the coin. He wanted to label Zulu-tek as a stock to stay away from, and that angers me beyond all reason.

Although I tip my hat to TokyoMex, he didn't go to the Internet World Expo to see Echomedia in action. He didn't go to the company to make sure he was wrong. In this country, you are innocent until proven guilty. People like TokyoMex and Wirtz obviously do not agree. They have proven nothing, and all of their comments are speculation. I implore all those that came from thestreet.com to please heed my words: Wirtz is wrong, and I fully disagree with his comments.

The only difference between him and I is that his forte is stocks, but maybe not necessarily on the OTC:BB. So he has that advantage. But my forte is web advertising, and I know that in that realm, I know more than him.

Do your own DD, people.

This is for all those newbies who are curious about NETZ.

Since theStreet.com was so kind to put NETZ on a few more radar screens, I thought it might be a good idea to point the newly interested parties in the direction of some real information on this little gem. Please check out the following links.

wired.com

wired.com

and Post #901 from earlier today, 2/23/98.

As you can see, Wired Online magazine, a highly respected source of technology news/information respects NETZ's position as well as an unpaid newsletter recommending the shares with a lofty price target.

The story is real. But you don't have to believe me. Do your due diligence. You will see for yourself.

Regards to all,
Todd
