Okay, I got you now. Insider selling can have many connotations. It certainly is not as good as insider buying, but with recent runup, would you not sell some? I won't try to justify it. There is some selling. So what? Did you sell anything today or the last few days? Few longs will hold no matter what. Quick runups are destined for profit-taking at some point(the inevitable valleys). Maybe he needed to pay off his credit cards from last X-mas. I believe one must look beyond day to day activity in share price and keep their eyes open on the big picture. If management sells a ton of stock, that would be a cause for concern. If they would have missed another quarter, that would have been cause for concern. There are many things that could be going wrong right now, but they aren't. The quarterly was impressive. They added a significant, influential player to the management team. They are following DELL's footsteps thus far(5 quarters trailing). They have top rated services and products. It is not like they are an AAPL. GTW is building quarter by quarter. Even in the 3rd quarter last year, they did well in revenues, but dropped the ball on earnings and inventory management, among other things. GTW fell out of favor, and with the Asian crisis in check right now, we are rebounding as are all the PC stocks. Heck, everyone got blasted last fall/winter. I would only be concerned if fundamentals were lacking. They aren't. Someone must be buying these things for them to do almost $2 billion in revenues. It is not like they are not selling the things. An aggressive marketing strategy under the guidance of the new guy will be wonderful. Looking forward to next quarterly due in a quick 8 weeks for information, not tomorrow's stock price or yesterday's insider selling. No, I am not scared; nor am I scared of the frivelous threats of GTW tanking from some posters on this thread. Strong accumulation over the past few weeks is not weakness. Clearly TA would tell you that, but those people focus so hard on the narrow day to day trading ranges and forget about the big picture stuff. Mr. Miller
