You were referring to Trump's tariffs as being "senseless" and a cause of great concern 2 months ago and I tried to calm you down:

I have seen enough. Negotiating with a terrorist country and changing his tune on a daily and weekly basis in regard to tariffs.

The world and China, in particular, have basically told Trump in a nice way to fuck off in regard to his tariffs.

The art of the deal has come down to Trump negotiating with himself.

Miraje: I call it the way I see it and have no allegiance to party or person. I am an independent, a true mixture of liberal and conservative. Some liberal values repulse me, others I embrace. The same applies to conservative values.

I am basically a moderate Democrat who voted for Trump because the DNC went way to far to the Left as far as I am concerned. I really liked Bill Clinton.

And yes, I did not like what Trump did in terms of inciting the riot on 1/6. All my comments in regard to Trump back then still stand.

The fact that I voted for Trump speaks volumes in terms of where I think the DNC has progressed.

I am a swing voter with no allegiance to any party so I can change from election to election independent of party. I vote person, not party.

I use the same line of reasoning in terms of my individual stock selections.

I do not expect to be popular amongst party faithful whether they are Dem or Republican.

I can handle the heat from both sides without a problem. Honestly, I don't care what people on SI think of me.
