That could be a problem. Having actually go into a social security office. I had a problem with SS a few weeks ago and went to their local office to get it dealt with. Building was locked and closed and a note on the door posted a number to call. I called that phone number and got a message that there would be at least a 2 hour wait and to call back later. I then went online and managed to get my issue resolved on their website.. I feel sorry for old folks who aren't on or comfortable navigating online. They're SOL in regards to dealing with Social Security issues now..
