Down 14.55% on London opening. Smithkline down 11%. The Adr's are shown as trading at $53.8 in London.

I finally got a chance to play the "buy options on slams" technique that Wade Cook talks about. Yesterday bought some May 50 GLX calls for 6 3/8 when the stock was about 55. Couldn't believe the small time premium for such a long time frame. Anyway sold the calls for a nice 1 day profit today.
