Brian,

WinStar does not have 1150 MHz in ANY of the markets you mention so the $25 per pop figure doesn't work for WinStar. Furthermore, WinStar's spectrum is at 38 GHz, which is inferior to CVUS' spectrum at 28 GHz (fewer possible channels). WinStar is overextended in too many markets that are not cost-effective, whereas CVUS can focus on its trophy property of New York. WinStar has massive debt, CVUS is virtually debt-free. There is no comparison.
