Thanks for the information. What do a KP and a SIPP entitle ANZ to do? If these are preliminary to a COW, should ANZ not have something of a similar nature for the surrounding property? If there are no permits for the surrounding property then what work has ben done or can be done there?

Is it the COW for the surrounding properties or the core properties that we are waiting for? Can ANZ tell us why the delay in granting the COW. If ANZ did not get the COW in this round when can we expect it to be granted?

I have more questions and no answers to any of the above. It would be good if ANZ could clarify the situation.

Gabe

What are the obligations of ANZ for the existing contracts? Amount of money to be spent, type of work and time frame. Despite low gold prices and problems within Indo ANZ has spent a great of money in the past nine months. Why? Is it because of obligations or because management likes the property.

Re: Post 2682. KP DU-190 & KP DU-254 "have been granted to Kencana"

Who is Kencana, and how does their interest in the KP's accrue to Antares?
