Smith will allow a citizens initiative for a binding referendum on independence. She tabled legislation to facilitate this. Serious discussions are underway to form a well financed independence organization with experienced political leadership to move public sentiment to get over the Clarity Act hurdle. Central and Eastern Canada and Quebec can all align with China under Marx Carney the communist globalist. Albertans will align with the USA.
