Urlman, Sun Microsystems allows all exhibitors and java developers to act as joint "invitees" to the JavaOne Conference. This is done so that the various companies will be able to attract people who follow that particular company to the conference more effectively. Sun would like to get as many people interested in java as possible, not just those who follow Sun. The broker conference call was perhaps the best bit of PR we've had in a long time. The stock has done nothing but rise since as new blood seems to have shown interest in the stock. It had nothing to do with RCR. Patriot's products are beginning to get respect due to their price/performance, quality, and versatility. Perhaps our time has finally arrived... Cap

urlman- still hanging around; beem busy trying to make money the old-fashion way. i think i already posted this; but it is my understanding that the conference call was initiated by an idea of paul berlin as a result of a number of calls he had been getting asking what was going on. It had nothing to do w/ RCR dropping coverage of ptsc. in fact, Mr. Raff (sp?) participated. when earnings have not materialized it's hard to do analysis; i suspect when ptsc gets a few contracts under its belt, RCR will be back. i spoke to paul b. who said that ptsc made itd decision to go to java one only a couple of weeks ago; as capt bob and others have suggested i am sure ptsc's name will be added to exhibitor list on the next update. the info on the ptsc homepage was supplied by sun; sun i am sure is the only "sponsor" but as capt bob suggests wants to promote java asmuch as possible and is only too happy to supply its exhibitors with promotional material. bob "patriot inside" b ps has anyone focused on intel/strongarm deal; ie pricing etc.-- in my opinion this is probably going to be one of ptsc's strongest competitors.
