I wrote to Scott last week regarding the ad in the WSJ and the "frustration" that Mr. Jenkins' expressed during the CC regarding the slow pace of companies entering into remediation contracts for their embedded chip problems (or even recognizing that they had problems)....

Again, Mr. Jenkins in 1Q98 made statements indicating that 3Q98 would be our breakout quarter ...... that "frustration" comment did raise my interest ....

Here is my email and Scott's response...

Thanks Scott (Scott sent me a copy of the Business Week
article on Y2k),

Yeah, I loved the Business week article ... Also thought the WSJ ad was by far the best of the Y2k supplement lot ...

....
One question though, Mr. Jenkins expressed frustration during the conference call regarding the response time that CEO's are taking to tackle their embedded chip problems..... do you think this is going to effect the company's previously expressed 3Q98 expectations?

Again, great job on the print ad ... I thought it really stood out.

Hello David,
....

To answer your question, I believe it is too early in the 3rd Q. to determine how this will turn out.

I definitely do not believe the company is hedging away from any
of the analyst reports. So at this time, lets stick to their estimates. It has been a great few weeks and I believe this Quarter could be a real breakout Quarter.

Thanks for your support.
